    Scammers 🚨 ‼️ *In just four days, I spent several hundred dollars here, and nothing solved the problem. Their testing machine seems to only serve the purpose of selling more and more chemicals, not actually helping customers. Don’t fall for this.* I brought a water sample from my pool to this store for testing so they could tell me what chemicals I needed. They gave me a list of chemicals costing about $120 and explained how to use them. I followed their instructions, but the water was still cloudy. I went back for another test, and they gave me another list of chemicals, this time about $200. I tried that as well, but the water still wasn’t clear. I went back again, and once more they gave me another list of chemicals.

    I have been going to Leslie's for years. They have consistently been great about have pool chemicals in stock, offering free water tests, and sharing their pool knowledge. Recently I had an experience that disappointed me quite a bit. In the past week, I had a pool pump motor stop working that was purchased and installed from Leslie's in December 2024. This is less than a year from installation that I had to disconnect the motor from the pump housing and lug it to the store to determine the issue. Fortunately, their expert Allison was there to get me squared away with a new capacitor and a quit test to make sure it would run properly. Unfortunately, Leslie's policy is to charge customers for wear items on components under warranty. For the capacitor that was clearly under the one year warranty period I was told I need to pay. Allison was amazing helping me out, but beware buyers that your warranty comes with this disclaimer; "Not everything is covered under warranty". To the reply saying to contact support, my case number is 05050577. I don't want to bother Allison or Meg any further for this poor ownership decision

    Parking lot needs cleaning. Side walks need pressure washing. Store fronts not washed.
