    I used to get water tested here frequently, never had to fill out paper especially when store is empty. Same new guy I dealt with a few weeks ago again refused to be personable and easily take your phone number to pull up account. When I asked why the need for this he said - “he’s the manager and the regional manager is onboard with the paper”. That didn’t answer my question, nobody was in the store, no reason he couldn’t have asked for my number and typed it in. This is the second time it has happened with that same employee. It’s a pool store for customers, the ego trip is unnecessary. I walked in with a pleasant attitude but went sour quickly after his antics. Won’t go here again. Spartan pool is nearby and much more friendly. Quick and easy process and folks wanted you to be there and ask questions.

    Unfortunately, Leslie’s Norman lost my business today. I accidentally purchased the incorrect chlorine size (1” instead 3”). When I returned to the store to exchange the product, I was told I would have to pay the difference, since I had originally purchased the product on sale. Since this did not make sense to me, I decided to instead return the chlorine, instead of exchange this. I was told by both the assistant manager, Kye and the manager, Molly (via phone) that I could not return the product, despite having the receipt and Leslie’s return policy stating that I COULD return the chlorine. I respectfully pointed this out and Kye responded with and attitude and that he would, “ask me to leave the store if I kept arguing.” Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

    Kye was super helpful. I am a first time pool owner and had no idea what I was looking for and he was very patient and kind to help me understand what I needed and calculated the amount and tested my water as well as let me know the chemicals that were not absolutely necessary, but were optional he helped me right up until the minute the store closed and they were very busy yet he remained patient the entire time.
