Leslie's in Framingham said their computers were down. Leslie's in Attleboro said they couldn't find my order in the computer despite me having the shipping slip and the order email.

Today I went to return it because the tube came in 2 pieces with would not work for my pool. I was told by this nice guy after contacting you that your not able to take it back. However I'm going back tomorrow to return it with you. If you still refused to take it back I will contact the CEO of the company. Thanks
- DPDrew PorterMay 31, 20251.0Horrible, horrible experience. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment, and had taken off work for the afternoon to be there for the appointment scheduled from 12-5. (First time pool owner so I wanted to learn!) I then got a text at 930am that our technician was on the way. I had to spend an hour on the phone and was finally told they couldn’t make it during my time slot and they would have to reschedule. After begging and pleading, they said they could make it work. The technician then showed up and rushed through everything, when I asked questions he spent some time, but ultimately told me to “watch YouTube videos about it, he had another appointment to get to”. Fast forward 6 days later and the pump isn’t running, filter blew up, and now I have to hire someone to come in and fix it. Safe to say we will never be using their services again. I generally never leave negative comments about a business, but this experience was so bad I felt it necessary
