I get it's a small store but they should at least have 2 employees there. The times I've gone it's only been one and it really sucked. In addition, the phone was ringing non-stop. Hire some help for these employees.

I would give a zero if possible. Set up an appointment about leaks on pull pump and filter base, my wife showed them the leaks, they were there maybe 10 minutes, told my wife yep you’re right it’s leaking. Gave her an estimate and parts needed, told her she’d need to go into their store to get the parts and set up another appointment. Charged us $178 and did nothing but say “yep, it’s leaking.” Called the 1-800 number to file a complaint and was told I would hear back from them in 24-48 hours. Will never do business with them again, $178 to hear, “yep, it’s leaking.”

We decided to try Leslie’s in Bulverde again after switching to Pinch a Penny last year due to multiple poor customer service experiences. Despite this store being way more convenient for us, we decided to drive 20 minutes to another pool store.
Once again, Anthony (General Manager) proves he is disrespectful and condescending to his customers. There are other family owned pool stores in the area, I highly recommend supporting those businesses.

I went into the store on May 13, 2023 looking for liquid chlorine, but they had none. I saw the cases of 12 of the Leslie's power powder plus with a sign that said $11.99. I was shocked when I got home and saw my credit card had been charged $155.75. I called just now and was told that it costs $11.99 for each 1lb bag in the box. I'm sorry, but this seems like deceptive advertising
