Hands-down, the best pool supply store in town. The manager Scott is incredibly helpful and knows his stuff. He's giving me great tips and tricks, he's once worked with me for over three hours, just to figure out a piece I needed ordered for my pump. this review is really more for him than the store itself. The man runs a tight ship in his shows. I know I can always rely going to this Leslie's for any chemicals or sound advice.

Scott (older gentleman) comes across as being a little rude / condescending

If I could give less than one star I would. Paid them over $100 to come out and give me a quote for new pump, filter, and valve install. The next day I went into the store to purchase and the price goes up $300. In one day. And for that price I get a smaller pump and valve. Spend multiple hours in the store while the “manager” Scott is on the phone trying to get “approval” to sell me the install for the quotes price. Once that happens I have to have the filter delivered to my house since its “special order”. Once I get it I’m told to call the store to get the install scheduled. Called the store to schedule the install. And it takes two weeks for them to set it up. They call me on Friday and tell me they could install the next day on Saturday. I wait the 4 of the 5 hour window before I call and now it’s not getting installed for four more days. My family and I came home two days early for this to get done. Went into the store today to find out what happened and the “manager” Scott says I shouldn’t have come home early for the install that I should’ve made them wait. WTH. my pool has been without a pump for almost a month waiting on this. I need it done. Then find out because I’m in the store that the pump they sold me is $320 less now and Scott won’t give me that price. I would stay as far away as you can from this store. Nothing but problems from a store without a manager.

The place is well stocked and very clean. They weren't very friendly and seemed like the associate that helped us didn't want to answer questions. He was very dry and basically rude. We had our pool water tested and he gave us a printout showing the levels and recommended a bunch of expensive products to buy. He really wouldn't explain the facts. I guess they don't stock that many parts for above ground pools because everything I need like a simple inlet valve isn't there. After comparing how overpriced they are I'll be returning the things I purchased.

Absolutely terrible customer service! 2 days in a row I came to the 71st and Mingo location. I waited over 30 minutes both times while they continued to service new customers coming in the door and getting service. Spent over $1k and got terrible service. I would’ve went elsewhere but this was the only store that had variable speed pumps.
