While there I asked if I needed anything special to use my lifter. I was told no. I filled out the form to get a quote. The quote came back weeks later after I ordered online and paid extra for shipping. The lifter screw did not hold on the foam the way my last cover did. I wrote to support and they suggested not using the lifter or purchase a different style of lifter.
