    There was one person ahead of me so I left my water to be tested with Matthew M. I told him I would be back in 15 minutes. When I returned my water had not been tested and Matthew was helping another customer who stood at the counter. He talked to the customer about several different topics unrelated to pools while I waited 15 minutes for him to finish with the customer. The customer was visibly disturbed by how long Matthew delayed in helping me and actually apologized for Matthews’ obvious delay in testing my water. All customers should be treated with dignity and respect regardless of race or gender!

    I submitted an order since the 5th and till today I have yet to receive my order online it didn’t state that I had to wait for my order so I went to the store an hour past the submitted order online. I got there around 4 pm and was told that the order had not come in yet and that it takes 2 hours to get to them because of the system. The one thing that really pissed me off was the guy that helped me he was rude and seemed bothered by having to check on the computer didn’t even let me give him my order number. So now today June 8 my dad went up there to pick up my order since I wasn’t able to go my self. Same man my dad doesn’t speak English so he called so I could translate and let them know he was there to pick up and order I talked to the guy once again and up front he said I need a name for the order there is nothing in the system yet once I gave him my name he said yeah I remember you I talked to you the last time you where here once again I tried giving him my order number and he just cut me off and said nothing is here yet no order has came in. And then just said to call the company and that was the end of it he repeated to me twice to just call them he didn’t even check with my order number. I called the number and told them the situation. The girl on the phone very nice said let me call the store so we can get it ready for you I’ll call them my self waited on the line for 10 mins she came back and said yeah I think I spoke to the same person you did because he just cut me off and put me on hold and I’m still on hold. This is bs now it’s been 2 days and I can’t get what I ordered even tho I put store pick up and then for the poor customer service from that person at that store all I want at this point is my refund and I’ll go someplace else and they can’t even do that.

    DON'T BELIEVE IN THE WARRANTY!! Bought a motor for my pool pump here and had Leslies install it so that I could get a 2 year warranty. 18 months later the motor dies on me.... no problem, I have a two year warranty. Called to try to schedule them to come replace the motor - I'm told their technicians don't do warranty work so I will have to bring in the motor to see if its still under warranty. Bring the motor in and told that its not going to be covered under warranty. Bye Leslies!

    15 years doing business here. Done! Your new dude the young kid. Yeah he can't even look up and say I'll be with you shortly. The manager here had always been great maybe its changed management. All I need was simple quick grab. 15 minutes standing around while he is perplexed with some customer. I get that but damn dude you could have acknowledged a person at least. Or better yet tried to multi task. I guess amazon will be my go to its almost as fast as with this guy.
