- KDKat DAug 7, 20255.0I was having issues with my Polaris robot. I called over 15 other pool stores in the DFW area, and this was the only store willing and able to help me. This is a great, fully stocked store with great customer service. I’d recommend that everyone goes here and buys all their pool stuff if they want knowledgeable, helpful employees.

- CCcharitap2007Jul 16, 20221.0I ordered a pool pump dirve kit thru this location. To order they took almost one hour. I got text that the order is delivered in 4 days. I went in to pickup the order and they said it did not arrive and even though you get text we actually don't get shipment it takes 2 to 3 weeks. I called next couple of days same answer. Went in today after 14 days of order date, they say that the shipment is delivered but they didnt receive it and I have to cancel and reorder and it will take 3-5 days. How can one trust. They want me to believe their system cannot track the date it was delivered and location it was delivered to. Don't. buy any costly stuff here. I don't think the people here are trustworthy.
- PMpepe mendozaMar 23, 20221.0Terrible service walked in yesterday Tuesday afternoon around 5:50pm and asked clerk to find us a gasket for our Pool light and said here you are...So I said is this the right one he said I'm sure so I asked if he could open it to make sure it fit. So he did but did not fit but before I bought it he was trying to scan it to sell it to me and he blurted out the f word....very unprofessional!! Young kid with Glasses...so I did not buy it and he didn't even try to find me one that would fit. I also asked him if he could test my pool water and he said I can not.... Because I close in 7 minutes. Lost me as a customer 😞 I was going to buy Hundreds $$ of products and chemicals...bye bye!!
