I operate several commercial accounts across 25+ pools and stopped in for some basics knowing that I was likely to have to make a second trip once I knew more about my pump condition. As soon as I opened this pentair motor, I knew that my diffuser and impeller were completely destroyed and was going to need parts. I called this store right down the street from my properties and inquired about sourcing the replacement parts. Not only did Conrad find what I was looking for and recommended the additional items I would likely need like shaft seal and new gasket kit, but then he even checked in stock inventory for me and walked me through replacement pump options and pricing. He knew I was on a dead line and busy at the moment so even returned a follow up call to me making sure I had what I needed to get the job done. Excellent customer service and would ask for his help anytime I'm shopping at Leslie's. 5 stars all day!
