Two and a half months trying to get my pool clean they tell me I need this this this this this this and that I do it nothing, change the sand in my pool filter go back test the water you need this this and that nothing. Either your computer system sucks for their chemicals suck but I'm done spending hundreds a week here

From the beginning their report was showing that our pool’s alkalinity is high and they suggested to purchase dry acid. Today they told us that dry acid is working slow and instead asked us to put muriatic acid. We have already invested lot of our money based on their suggestions and all of a sudden they say dry acid works slow so put muriatic acid. Why was this not mentioned earlier in the first visit? We would have used muriatic acid at the beginning itself. My review for Leslie is to help their customers spend less money by providing accurate suggestion at the first place. Based on your reply, I called the number but there is no update they never called back or provided any reply and I am stuck with a green pool. Worst service ever.
