I walk in to this place to get some items for my pool, they have no idea what they doing … 10 ppl waiting … next day i went there to do a return but this guy Austin (store manager) got so upset just because i want to do a return ,,, them start yelling and cursing over nothing.. and toldme to get out of his store . for no reason . Worse experience i ever had . I dont get how the have so unprofessional ppl working on a store …. Instead of helping the customer out , you get throwing out .. i will not recommend anyone to go there .

Didn’t wait at all to get the test completed however, the gentleman that came to help us didn’t help at all. Gave us no other suggestions besides to empty our pool and refill. At 30k gallons that not an easy task. Found another location in Oxford that was great and help us out and where we will be getting our product going forward.
