Now there is a guy, a store manager, very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional who couldn't talk to me because "I am a woman and it was obvious I didn't know or understand anything about pools". Also asked me to go away, to a different place if I didn't like the way he was treating me. This is the worst customer service ever. The previous week, this man recommended the use of certain chemicals. A week later, we had the same results on the tests, and asked him what was going on. He denied that he talked to me at all. When I showed him the piece of paper with his own handwriting, he got very upset and started to belittle me. No wonder the girls aren't there any longer if this man treats women like second class citizens. As I said, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
