- JCJudy CallawayMay 26, 20252.0I went to the McDonough store today. Spent $225.00. I was by myself and was told to drive around back to pick up the two bags of salt. I had to carry all the buckets out to my car by myself drive around back and load two bags of 40 pound salt in the back of my car with everything going on, I forgot the paper that told me when and how I needed to add the chemicals I called the McDonald store , was told to go onto the app and it will tell me what I need to do so I did that it didn’t register my pool so I called back. I told the guy working what the problem was and he says I don’t know how I can help you. I explain to him. You can tell me when I’m supposed to add and how much of these chemicals to my pool reluctantly he told me. Like I said I was by myself I’m 65 years old and thought that I would have some help but had none.. so disappointed. I have used Leslie pools for quite some time. I don’t know if the guy was just having a bad day or if it was something about me he didn’t like.
