- SSSampoJun 13, 20252.0The return policy needs adjusting, a mention at time of purchase, or a visible post, for items that cannot be returned. No returns on that item makes sense because of the shelve life, however, if I had know it could not be returned i might not have purchased it. I’m a new pool owner and it would have a good jester to give this potential, future customer, an exception even though you are required to. It might not make that much difference to you but there will be strong hesitation if I ever have to return. The cashier was really nice and helpful.
