Since then algae has been a problem of the past. I was so grateful to him helping me fix my problem. Today I saw him again for the first time in a while and he was just as helpful and informative and did not try to even sell me any products after I tested my water Update: I am updating this 2 years later to compliment Leslie’s service on my last 2 visits. I am battling high cyanueic acid because my old pool company incorrectly told me to use more chlorine than I really need. An employee on my last trip recommended refilling in deep end instead of shallow to make sure I am draining the old water. I hadn’t heard that before—not sure if it is correct? Today I also appreciated that the employee said they had a cyanueic acid remover but that I shouldn’t buy it and just keep draining my pool. I appreciated her honesty
