I have been a customer of this store for 8 years and have always experienced great customer service and help until this year. Michael has been helpful and nice but the manager and another associate have been really disinterested and unhelpful. Don’t buy a robotic cleaner here, don’t buy salt here, don’t buy anything here. Until corporate steps in and offers support with adequate staffing and an emphasis on customer service, find another source for pool supplies. I have contacted corporate but that isn’t solving my repair issue that should have been fixed and I have not been offered a loaner for the inconvenience.

I was recently having some chlorine/pH issues for weeks, but Michael helped me out big time! He diagnosed my chlorine issue along with some other great suggestions that ended up working in the end. Thanks to him, I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place stinks brought my warrantied Dolphin Vacuum there. The Manager clearly hates his job has a terrible attitude we looked up the warranty together he told me it would take a couple months to fix. He ordered parts and then calls my wife a couple month later tells me its not under warranty I freak out cause I looked it up and it was still under warranty. He clearly just did not want to work on it if I was the owner or CEO of this place I would be ashamed. Do not go here, Go anywhere but here. Manger complains he does not have help its probably because nobody wants to work with the guy. This place is losing business cause of the Manger at the shop. Lost my business for sure not to mention never fixed my vacuum had it at the shop for 4 months.

products are great staff is usually very helpful and knowledgeable but last Saturday was a different story not sure if they were new or just need more training but all three seemed lost or lazy they couldn't even be bothered answering the phone
