- WCWilliam CrouchApr 29, 20221.0We went to the Leslie's on 729 S Battlefield Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23322 on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at5:30 to find a replacement pool pump for our Hayward pump. The employee explained that our single speed motor could not be replace. We indicated that a variable speed would be fine if the inlet and outlet ports matched our old pump making replumbing unnecessary. Without taking any measurements he said in a very arrogant tone that no one makes such a pump. Our impression was that he just did not want to be bothered. After leaving Leslie's we drove less than one mile to Aqua Leisure and walked out with the exact pump we wanted. A horrible experience, Dr. William H. Crouch
