  Very disappointed in your Coppell location’s lack of knowledge about their products they sell. My 82 year old mother was trying to get Baquacil products for her little above ground pool and the person working that day had very little knowledge about what she needed and she ended up spending 135.00. For her that is a lot, and the complete system was not able to be explained or sold correctly. Once we realized that we needed to exchange or return it, it was to late (basically as soon as we walked out the door it was too late as chemicals are not returnable). Unfortunately chemicals can’t be returned and she is out that money in part due to lack of knowledge by employees in what they are selling. Learn your products, or don’t sell them, especially to old people on limited incomes who drive from adjacent “lower income” places to try and get what they need. And make sure to reiterate before someone who obviously can’t afford to lose that kind of money that chemicals are not returnable even when sealed in original packaging. Do better.
