I was greeted with a blank stare. I knew some of what I needed, but the employee was zero help. I ended up having to look for everything myself. When I explained that my pool was an Intex, I was shunned like I had the plague and shown a small area where they had 3 paper cartridge filters... No questions about what type of filter I had.. nothing. The employee was unable to answer any question I asked. What I expected was to be asked questions so I could be informed of what I needed to get my pool in order.. instead, the employee was less than helpful. I was hoping to leave happy and confident, but instead left more confused that when I arrived. I will never go back to this store. I'd rather do my own research online and order from Amazon. Luckily, I found a different pool supply store in Ionia that is much more helpful.
