My experience with them is they really don't help you at all and rarely tell the truth. I was told that they don't sell uv cover tape because they don't install them...I told the employee that s funny you installed ours

I was instructed to use 3 pounds shock and a bottle of algaecide that was hand picked by the cashier today instead of my original choice which would have worked. The cashier told me do not purchase the Yellow Out product I had researched and intended to use with the shock to fight algae. He laughed at me for wanting to use Yellow Out with the shock and replaced the non-Leslies brand product with a branded Leslies product. I asked do you have something you can recommend then? Which is when I was presented with a $50 bottle of leslie's algaecide and told to mix it in today with the shock. The bottle says on it do not mix with shock but I had already dumped it in my pool. Knowing my pool is green why would you not recommend putting this in weeks later? Next day, I am suggested that I must focus on lowering the ph by a different worker. This worker tells me shock will not do much if the ph is high. One day earlier I was being told otherwise. This time I had a water test and was told to simply add acid, but nothing like this was suggested the day before when showing the other worker a photo and explaining my algae problem as a 1st year pool owner. Frustrating to have 2 workers telling you 2 different approaches as if they want you to return the following day...
