They know nothing about pools, their products or frankly very much at all. I wish there was an option for less than 1 star. Go to island recreational instead, they know what they’re talking about.
- SRSAL RJun 22, 20221.06/22/22 - Leslies can't even get the simple things right. I called Leslies in Smithtown to see if they had a replacement air relief valve (CCX1000V) for a Hayward filter. It took 15 seconds to be told by the clerk that 2 are in stock and the price was about $16. I drove right there, was then told by the same clerk that none were in stock because "the computer was slow to show the inventory". I told the clerk, in words/terms I can't write here, that he could have just put me on hold for a minute if the computer was slow. I asked the clerk, after arriving, how can he be trusted, as he offered, to check stock at another store? A poor craftsman blames his tools and uses stupid excuses. GOOD RIDDANCE. I won't be back.
