We've missed out on several we should of had and then you go to use them as their showing in our account online but in store says they've already been used which was not case nor do they or can they access your account in store. Not a good system at all. Since they ask your name each time to load points at check out they should be able to see what points you have and ask if you want to use them if you have enough. Not impressed at all. For as much as we have to spend on our pool each year we may end up trying Watson's or another place for our pool needs.
