A tech came out to do the initial estimate. He wrote up the quote stating that this repair is an emergency. When I called relayed the tech's sentiment and asked for the earliest appointment - 14 days later was the best they could offer. Now, today, the day of the appointment they don't show. I call them up and the nice lady tells me the dispatch canceled my appointment - she has no idea why. This makes no sense to me. You tell me my repair is an emergency, you do not go out of your way to get this repair expedited, and then you cancel my appointment without notice. You have lost my trust forever, Leslie's! I will certainly be letting my friend's know they should not rely on you for anything that is actually urgent because you will flake.
