  I usually do not leave bad reviews but this place is unbelievable. In store service is horrible, the counter staff cannot look up part numbers. I went home and looked on their website and looked up the part number myself with out issue. Missed out on a $1900 sale that day. Today I decided to give them another chance, so I called to verify they had the pool pump in stock. To my surprise, they don't answer the phone. called twice and no answer. I try to buy local all the time but not this case.. Amazon for the win. Its a shame the staff don't care.

  Owasso and Harvard store have amazing service. They always help us to keep our swimming pool looking great! They printed out the swimming pool report and generated an email report copy as well.

  Lost me as a customer. I used to buy everything there for my salt pool. They used to sell quality, fine white salt, but now have switched to complete garbage. It's brownish clumpy salt that doesn't dissolve. I now have to drive all the way to Tulsa, to Coral pools to get quality salt. It's inconvenient but at least I can get good quality products there.
