Needless to say, I gave her the wrong part, and brought it back. She helped through the entire process of finding the right part, along with other small things that I found needed to be replaced. She even helped me find a new pool service because the ones I currently have suck. She is a prime example at how customer service SHOULD be. (My husband was even an a$ because his patience was short with the pool, NOT her and she didn't try to argue with him or anything!) I am 100% sure I will go here from now on for ALL my pool needs.
