  I bought something there because the location was convenient…. Unfortunately when I had a warranty issue they were unable to help me locally and wanted me to call 800 number. This was a good reminder to buy from local retailers that will be there when something goes wrong.

  I went into the store to purchase some items and I wasn’t even acknowledged. There were no prices on the items that I wanted to purchase so I honestly just wanted a price but the gentleman that was working that day was not concerned he did not offer to help, and as I was even leaving, and I was disappointed that there were no prices on the items I wanted to purchase. He didn’t even even seem to care that I left. It was very disappointing experience and I will never go there again. Customer service is the most important thing for a business to have an unfortunately Leslie pools does not have that

  The staff is super helpful and cooperative. You will not find the best deals in town here though. Everything is very expensive compared to locally.

  Generally like coming here to test pool samples and buying chemicals. Open 7 days a week. Sometimes I don't feel like I get good answers though. Last year, I was looking for a brush that's safe for use on a pool cover. The employee said that they were out of them, but somehow I feel like they either don't exist or they don't carry them. This year I asked if they had the screws for the pool cover that go into concrete. I couldn't think of the right name at the time, but I think they're called cement deck anchors. The employee that day said he knew exactly what I was talking about, but said they were out of stock. I asked if they will get more in, and he said yes. I feel like I had to ask when, and the response was later this year. At this point, my confidence in this store has dropped. It's fine to have limited stock and resources. But you need to make up for that with knowledge and customer service. For example, an excellent response would have been to say that you'll find out and follow up on when you will have it available. Or if you don't normally stock it (which is probably the case) then you could look into special ordering it. Or recommend where I can find the item(s) in question. Or recommend alternatives on how to fix the problem. Basically, for a merchant that specializes in pool supply, I feel like I got the response of a Walmart store.
