- SHShari HensonJul 15, 20253.0Went in to ask about a pump for an above ground pool. They do have lots of items ppl would need, but I didn't see the pump I needed. I walked the whole store, but no one asked if I needed help. I waited in line to ask questions. (2 associates at registers and each had a customer) Another customer came in as one customer finished and left. That associate walked away and didn't acknowledge me, but saw the man come in and took him to her register. I left.

I've experienced many companies trying to take advantage but never here. It's my opinion that pool parts are severely overpriced but that's the industry's fault, not Leslie's. I'm comfortable recommending them to friends.
