- JJJamesJun 20, 20231.0I’ve been using this location for only two weeks. On my initial visit the Murphy manager was there ,he was fantastic. The next four visits the kid that works there helped me, he was super friendly and helpful. But a couple of days ago I met the actual Lucas manager and wow, he is absolutely over the top rude. The whole interaction is baffling and ended with him telling me I was “one of those type of people”. This guy really has a chip on his shoulder. The GM should really take a close look at the reviews on this guy and make a change.

I have seen reviews of employees’ wonderful knowledge on pools but NOT today!! Gary didn’t want to seem to share any knowledge, tips, or much of anything!! Our tip was simply read the paper from the water report. He asked what we used, when we told him, he said, ‘what the hell is that?’ When we asked him about some products in the store, he didn’t seem interested in providing prices, or selling anything to us. He was not helpful !! Not impressed!!

I have frequented this establishment several times for convenience but the drap attitude and I can’t help you on simple pool requests is tiring. 4/24/22 update: New management with prompt service.
