- JTJonathan TyrrellSep 24, 20253.0RUDE! I have worked in a customer facing position for 21 years and understand people can be having a bad day but this pushed me beyond understanding. Older gentleman with a longer hairstyle had such an attitude when I came in for a water test. I could hear him muttering under his breath that I had just done a water test (yes because I just resurfaced my pool and was instructed the keep my PH very balanced for 30 days). Clearly he thought I was wasting his time! He continued to shake his head in disapproval the whole time while snatching the papers from the printer. After stapling the papers, he threw the stapler on the counter in anger and still shaking his walked over to me to go over the results. His attitude continued until I left. The only reason I gave 3 stars and not 1 is for the simple fact that I usually deal with a younger gentleman that is very knowledgeable and always remembers me. Never makes me feel bad for doing 2 tests in one week!
