- VBVicki BromanMay 31, 20253.0I gave Leslie's 3 stars because the people that work there are very nice and as helpful as they can be. However, I purchased a Jacuzzi salt water system for my pool from Leslie's because it was the Leslie Brand. So one would believe that it would be supported for a few years, at least long enough to get through the warranty. That is not the case. The system died close to a year later, and they sent someone out to check it- BUT... they no longer support the salt water system. The 'Leslie Brand' was dumped without notifying any customers!! Now the cell went out and I have no way to get it fixed. I believe I paid for a longer warranty, however, without a company to warranty it, that is meaningless. Next time I need to purchase an expensive unit, I will avoid Leslie's Pool Supply, and I recommend that you do the same. No telling when they decide to dump another expensive product!

Then they messed up on a transaction and froze my account and Refused to take my card info to run again once account was fixed because of there mistake. Suppose to be a family owned company but they do not take care of loyal customers. Will never shop here again!!
