- RCRyan CannadyOct 4, 20252.0Ive been here 2 times the last two Saturdays and both times the employees did not have the store open at 9. This Saturday I waited 20 minutes past 9 for the doors to open and nobody must have even been there so I left. Probably won't come back.

Only one person was working, and although the place was empty, he acted as if there was a line of customers waiting. He didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the products, especially basic pool chemicals. I came in looking for treatment for a new pool, but he wasn’t sure about what I needed and didn’t even seem to know if the store carried a starter pack—despite signs advertising it being posted around the store.
