1st time pool owner so I don't know much. Brought water to get tested. No conversion, I was just handed a piece of paper and said it was step by step what I need. There was probably three people behind me waiting to get their water tested so I did not want to ask the questions that I had to keep those people waiting. There was only one other person at the register that was not helping any customers and no customers in line. Walked around and couldn't find what I needed or a smaller version, so i left. I will buy online I suppose. Had someone asked me if I needed help finding the chemicals that were listed and needed, I may have purchsed at store. Shame.

It was a glove, yes a glove.. clogging my pool... Joe came out.. easily fixed. Coolest young man. Resourceful and helpful.

Bought a brand new Sand Filter from Leslies, 1 week into my pool opening and it seems the filter's internal parts are not working properly as sand is being pushed into my pool. I returned to the store in Sewel to see if they could help and if there was a warranty or anything to alleviate the already thousands of dollars ive spent on new product. Male employee attempted to help, got into a verbal altercation with another male employee, then returned to help me. When he returned, I had to repeat the entire conversation we had because he forgot everything we spoke about. He explained to me that the company the filter was ordered from will claim user error on broken internal parts and that its on the buyer. Furthermore, he stressed to me that he's putting his two weeks to quit and that this is something the manager needs to handle because he didnt want to deal with this or similar issues.
As a human being myself, I am not without faults or bad days. But when in a place of business or work, professionalism must be maintained and they displayed the complete opposite, making other customers and myself uneasy and uncomfortable. And to top it all off, I was made to feel at fault for my potentially damaged BRAND NEW products based on my interaction with the employee and there is nothing they can do to help unless I spend hundreds of more dollars. Completely unsatisfactory. Horrible way to conduct business and will not be returning again.
