- KBKenneth Bowlby5 days ago5.0I've been in the store several times in the last 2 weeks, both associates went above and beyond to help me with my pool issue. They identified the part I needed, called other stores to see if they had the part. Gave me directions to the store. When I left the store I had the name of the part, the name of the sales associate at the other store, and a phone number to call them in case I needed additional help with the visit. The other employee helped me with my chemicals, and remembered me and my pool chemistry the next time I came in.

Leslie is in business to do one thing and one thing only. SELL CHEMICALS!!! Phosphates in no way have any bearing on having itchy skin, having poor chlorine, causing mild algae will affect your skin. Phosphates are steroids for algae. If you never have algae, you never have a problem with phosphates ever. Please do your research, especially with your higher ups Leslie, but that would go deter the purpose of their whole business model.
