I like that I get my chemicals there and I get a print out of what I need to get it right. I can buy the chemicals elsewhere if I want since I know what I need however I usually buy them from Leslie’s Pool as their prices are competitive. I needed a new robotic pool cleaner at the end of the season last year and there it is cleaning my beautifully clear pool.

I have attempted to purchase from them over the past 8 years. Each time I go there, I'm reminded why I shouldn't. The advice they have provided has been the WORST! I damaged our hot tub due to listening to advice from someone who clearly didn't know what they were talking about. The customer service is the worst! I stopped by yesterday and they were closed because of a power outage, so I went back today and they had a CASH ONLY sign on the front door. So I drove to get cash, but too bad $40.00 wasn't enough to cover 1 bags of salt and a case of liquid shock! I was quoted $39.00 for a case of shock, well over what it should be and when I asked to talk to a manager to see if they could break open the case to sell two instead of the whole case I was told NO! I will never go there again. Save yourself the headache.
