I have been a customer for over 10 years and drive 30 minutes to this store for the customer service. Store manager and Assistant manager are amazing !! They go over and above to make sure you have exactly what you need and follow up!
- BWBruce WilliamsMar 21, 20251.0The WORST customer service I have experienced in many years. First, the phone rang more than 30 times - until I finally got a message saying to call back. I called back and got an answer within 10 rings - only to get put on hold immediately. When they finally came back on the line, the guy said they could test my Hayward salt cell but couldn’t help me with a warranty claim if it failed, unless it was purchased from their store. That’s just not true. The guy was so rude. I’ll never do business with Leslie’s again. That employee should be fired or hidden away in the back - away from customer contact.
