    Visited this store on June 14, 2025 to pick up some bags of salt and it will be the last time I visit this store after the experience my wife and I had. The clerk in the store entered the wrong code for salt and the charge ended up being larger than I expected. I didn’t catch it till after two of my AccuBlue membership credits were used. Sara(h?) began to remedy the issue but during this process apparently ran into complications. As she’s working these issues out and getting visibly flustered during the process, four letter cuss words (most beginning with the letter ‘F’) were uttered under her breath in front of both me and my wife. The manner in which she conducted herself was neither professional nor appropriate. In the end, I was told that the incorrect charges would be refunded to my membership account. My confidence however after this experience is not very high as to where or even IF I will receive these charges back. I have never had issues at other stores using my AccuBlue credits. The level of incompetence in processing our transaction and the attitude displayed by the employee was the most shockingly disappointing experience I’ve had at Leslie’s. If the owner/manager of this store can contact me, I would appreciate it because I would like to have some confidence that I will be receiving my credits back. If for some reason I do not receive my credits back, I would appreciate other options be investigated.
