- GSGuy Scott ScaffAug 20, 20251.0Dropped off a pool cleaning robot over 2 weeks ago and was told it would only be 4 to 5 days to diagnose. They never even looked at it. I called the Quaker store to see if they could get to it any quicker and was met with very rude behavior and excuses saying other people had waited over a month for theirs. I will not be back in either of those stores. If that's the best customer service you have I don't know how you've been in business this long. One star is too many. I will say the woman I talked to when I picked it up on 8/20 was extremely nice and tried to convince me to leave it for another few days, and apologized for the delay.

Plus you can get parts and supplies at Pools West on 98th street for less and get treated good. I can't give zero or negative stars or I would. Read the reviews people. You will see the pattern.
