I came in and showed Matt the photos of my setup, talked about the context of what I hoped to repair -- and Matt suggested an alternative that was FAR SUPERIOR to my own ideas. He even threw in a pipe cap to help me close off an unusable pipe. I wanted to let his manager know how awesome he is - but he is the manager. Promote this man!! Thanks so much -- followed his idea and everything is back up and running.
