  Dropped my pool robot off 3 weeks ago for a tune up. Last week I stopped by the store and the clerk said they have been busy but he would ensure my ticket was next and it would be done by Monday. Stopped in today (Sept 6th @noon) to an empty store and was told it had not been completed. I believe the guy working was the store manager. He did not seem to care that my robot had been on the shelf waiting for repairs for 3 weeks, nor did he offer a solution or even an apology for the delays. I retrieved my pool cleaner and promptly drove across the street to the newly opened Pinch A Penny Pool store and was warmly greeted by a gentleman that said they would get the unit tuned up and seemed to appreciate my business. HIGHLY recommend Pinch A Penny Pool of Murphy. HIGHLY recommend you AVOID Lesile's of Murphy because they just don't care. Read the other reviews!

  I went to Leslie's in Murphy today to get my pool water tested. There was a lot of customers there and the employee appeared angry about it being so busy. He was giving everyone a bad attitude because he has so much water to test. I just took my sample water and went to Pinch A Penny pool supplies right across the street. I will never go back to this leslie's ever again.

  Don’t bother going to this Leslie’s pool location. I just wanted to have my pool water tested & 30 minutes later left with so much frustration😡 The employee was either too uneducated or stubborn to do the job. It’s been a couple days ago now & I’ve tried to give him the benefit of the doubt before I posted a review but I would just say try another Leslie’s location for whatever your pool needs are.
