  Terrible service , looks like the employees don’t want to work . yesterday I took the controlunit for my vacuum cleaner and the fellow said they have 10 such units but I have to bring the whole device , including the hose and the cleaner before he can work on it . He also mentioned it will take more than a month to fix it. Today I went there with the whole thing .The front desk woman told me Initially they will only Diagnose the problem, but they cannot repair and told me to wait. Later, she said.that her arm is in a sling and it will take six weeks to heal and she’s the only one who can fix it and told me to touch base with Polaris. It is pretty evident that they don’t want to repair any products. They seem overwhelmed. They are finding excuses to deny or delay. .Hope management is paying attention and they will lose customers fast. I hope Polaris also Will take them off the local authorized dealer list . Meanwhile, they are gladly selling chemicals to many other customers who came by. So if you need chemicals, you can go there and if you need any repairs,- good luck!

  I bought my first home with a pool in September 2024 and had zero experience maintaining one. I stumbled into Leslie’s Pool Supplies a bit overwhelmed, but that all changed the day I met Cheryl. From day one, she’s been incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient—guiding me through everything I needed to know to keep my pool in perfect shape. Now, not only is my pool crystal clear, but I genuinely look forward to every visit. Cheryl has become a dear friend, and chatting with her is a highlight of my week. She embodies what great customer service should be: personal, informative, and just plain fun. “Live a little” should be the motto, because that’s exactly how it feels every time I walk in and see her smiling face. So grateful to have found this gem of a shop—and even more grateful to support a Franklin business with someone like Cheryl behind the counter!

  Customer service was not good several times in the past three years that I have gone to this location. The only reason I went back was because Rick was so helpful. I almost stopped going there when his hours were limited. However, a shining star arrived that makes the experience of going to the store a pleasure. Cheryl K. Is very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous to all. She is very clear and concise when she explains your water quality and how to go about making adjustments. Questions are always answered in a very kind and courteous way. She knows the products and helps you locate them in the store. She even also tested my chlorinator when it was problematic. She always has a smile on her face and even when the store is crowded, she never gets rattled and treats everyone with the upmost of respect. You’ve got a valuable employee there, I have heard many customers express compliments about her positive performance.
