The lady told me to do 2lbs super shock and in 4 houses 1/2 bottle of no phos and 2 hours later add the other half of the bottle backwash in between. I followed her instructions completely and our pool is horrible. The chlorine and oh are so high the water is so bad you can’t even see the steps of the ladder. This is now the 3rd day of continuous running of our pump. I called and the guy that answered the phone completely clueless and a waste of my time. Do not go to Leslie’s pools as they don’t know what they are doing either.
