- CPchris pJun 23, 20251.0Last week I was the first one in the line for water test. I kinda laughed a little as the only employee went out for a smoke break while my test ran. There were 3 people behind me so I thought he wanted to be ready to go. But he finished up with me and was back outside smoking before he even helped the next guy. Then this week I am the only customer there. Same guy is outside on smoke break when I walked in. I watched him smoke a second cigarette before he came in to help me. And walked back outside before I even made it out of the parking lot. Must be nice to be paid to burn smokes all day!

- GOGeorge OSep 6, 20241.0If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I was upsold on chemicals I didn’t need and when my pool guy advised me of it I tried to return them. They said we don’t take back chemicals despite the fact that it was fully sealed. So they’ll test your water, sell you junk you don’t need and when you find out you were duped and try to return it they’ll refuse it. I will NEVER shop here again!

Keep in mind that this is a newly opened establishment. So far, I haven't had any issues at all. Everyone always seems to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and definitely straightforward, which I can respect due to my hard-headedness at times.
