    They were fixing our polaris and didn't care and kept putting us off and after they finally looked at it and told us it would be $1000.oo. went to Mullins and it was around $250

    Three stars are given based solely on the excellent customer service always provided by Angie! However, zero stars for the store overall because this store is hot. And it’s been hot for months. There is clearly an issue with the AC & doesn’t appear anyone is working to repair it. We have an extreme heat advisory in our area today (currently 104°) and the store was uncomfortable. Thankfully I was there briefly but I feel for the employees who have to work in the store. Also, isn’t there some sort of requirement/code that the chemicals be kept cool & at a certain humidity level? If so, this needs to be inspected.

    Great Customer Service! Ms. Angie was extremely helpful over the phone and convinced me to bring my broken pool vacuum in for repair instead of purchasing a new one. Shederrious (General Manager) quickly assessed our vacuum and made the repair on the spot. A $50 repair saved me from purchasing a new $500 vacuum. Thank you to Shederrious and his staff!
