- AAAngelaSep 18, 20251.0I will never shop here again! I’ve spent thousands of dollars and that ended today when Heaven coughed all over me and my husband getting us and our family sick! She was so unsanitary and wasn’t even covering her mouth! I can’t believe I didn’t turn around and leave!!!! Now our entire family is coughing! She was so gross and germy and she gave really poor service! She should have taken cough drops or some medicine so she’s not coughing all over her customers! Disgusting! She probably infected thousands of people! Thanks a lot Leslie’s and Heaven! Please learn how to be sanitary.
- ALAshley LewallenOct 10, 20245.0Great pool supply store and great service. I work for an apartment complex near this store and visit here regularly during the pool session. If they didn't have the parts or chemicals that we needed she would order it for us or she would tell me what store had it close by so that we could get it. We also had a problem with one of our pool pumps. We ordered the part for the pump that we assumed went bad. The part came in and we replaced the part. It didn't fix our problem and we determined that the actual computer/brain for the pump went out. So we returned the part with no hassle and she actually had the pump we needed in stock. I have had no complaints about this store currently and the service has always been great.

- TTTwitch Super TwitchMay 29, 20161.0First off we told the gal shawnya that we dont use clorine in our pool. She gives us chlorine shock. We didnt look at it cause we took her word for it.... apparently she isnt knowledgeable about pools and need to go back to training, especially if she is a manager. ... what kind of quals does leslies pool require to be a manage (know what a pool is like.... so now we are stuck with a bucket of chlorine shock we cant use. So we get ready to add the shock and notice it has clorine in it. So we take it back,Then she tells us that they dont take chemicals back cause some crazy person can put stuff in it to make it blow up..... i dont think i look or act crazy.... so she just called me crazy. That is when my wife went off asking for the manager. She was very rude, did not represent her company well at all. We have been going there for a couple 3 or 4 years and have had to train the person on the ecosmart system.... NO CHLORINE!!!! She tells us if we would have told her that we needed non chlorine shock she would have given us something different. My thought is if she would have listened, we would have recieved the correct shock.... she acted like we were inconveniencing her and acted like she was Rosanne Barr. Which is like being attitudy judy... we wont go back i will drive 10 miles out of my way to above and beyond. Not only as they knowledgeable about the system, but was friendly and acted like we were family
