- NDNathan DannJul 18, 20161.0Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Leslie was supposed to install a child safety fence at my house. Not only did they miss multiple appointments to start the installation but it took them 2 separate appointment days to Screw up the installation. The installer flat out lied to my wife when she questioned the fence having an excessive amount of slack in several of the sections which were supposed to be pulled completely tight. "The sun would tighten everything up." After two failed attempts for them to install the fence correctly they left with one of the sloppiest installs you could imagine and no resolution to the problem. I have tons of pictures to prove it. We were forced to have them come back out remove the fence and give us a complete refund. When they came to remove the fence they did not fill in the holes they drilled in my concrete to install the failed fencing. I will never go back to Leslie pool for any reason because I am so disgusted by my experience. Oh and now we have to have another company come out to do a different type of fence around the pool. So we have been trying to get a proper fence installed since May. Keep in mind we are very patient people and I have never written a bad review in my life. I would recommend calling anyone but Leslie pool.
