We asked him if they had a specific filter and for any recommendations, and he was like, “OMG, let me see what I can do.” Then my husband remembered the filter size, and Robert said, “I’m 100% sure you’re going to come back laughing.” Seriously, what kind of service is that? I also asked about the Labor Day sale specials that were emailed, and he said, “Yes, we have them,” but then totally backed out when I showed him the ad. I was ready to ditch my purchase and head to another store. He even claimed that Leslies sends out some weird ads. I was trying to purchase chlorine that was on the labor day sale. Robert needs to be more patient with the costumers.
