We found out they ruined things in and around our pool. I cannot get the manager Ray or his manager Tim White to return a phone call. I had the worst experience with Tammy as well. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I would expect a phone call returned after several messages left. I am shocked that they do not seem to care about what they have done wrong.

Went by today and there were at least 10 people in the store, none wearing masks (including employees). No one would answer the phone so they would not do anything curbside either. I live with an immunocompromised person. I will not put their health at risk when other pool stores will make accomodations or require masks. Not sure if I'll ever be back.
