Last time I went in still requesting help with my water problem Richard was very rude, as if he didn’t want to hear what I was trying to tell him. Turned to help another customer with a water sample while I was in mid conversation with him. I’ve used Leslie’s for 20 yrs and always valued Richard’s knowledge. I will never go back! You got my 1k plus this summer!

Also, you might think they'd know some locals they could recommend but that's not the case. It's surprisingly difficult to find people to do pool service work in Hoover. I think their prices are a little high on equipment but they seem reasonable on chemicals and paint. Also, they have a lot of cool lights and toys that you won't find anywhere else, except perhaps Amazon.
