- JHJim HAug 17, 20251.0Wife went to this location because our pool was green. Colleen instructed my wife to buy a few items but told her the improper amount of shock to add to the pool. I wasted 3 days following the directions Colleen gave my wife, and the pool was still green after day 3 with little improvement. When I called the store on day 2, Colleen quickly rushed me off the phone by telling me to wait 36 hours. On the 3rd day of treatment, when I still did not see any improvement, I called the store again and spoke to Dave. Dave advised me that the pool needed to be super shocked, not just 1 pound for 14,000 gallons of water as Colleen had instructed. Dave eventually made it right, and I appreciate his help. I hope Colleen can be better educated so she can give proper advice in the future.

But I have also seen them go that extra mile for everyone else as well. They know their stuff, handle things with patience and humor. Definitely would not have made it through my first summer managing a 60,000 gallon pool without them!

The advice is professional. They have my new plaster looking fabulous. Dave and his whole team are wonderful and knowledgeable. So glad I chose them over another company for my pool care and supplies.
