  We have had pools for some 35 years. However, this year the pool has been cloudy a d we could not get rid of the algae. We went to thr Leslies store in Freeport and spoke with Clive who couldn't have been nicer and more knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and how to rectify it and suggested we come back the next day for further advice. After weeks of trying this and trying that our pool is finally looking better. Thank you Clive!!!!!!!!!!

  I used to go to leslie's in freeport all the time. This year, the store is trash. The employees are terrible. They won't even help you just hand you the pool test paper and tell you to read the result and figure it out yourself. They also hang up on you if you call for assistance. Please hire more customer friendly employees l. I'm going back to island recreational pool store 15 miles away

  I love that they test your water No Charge and right in front of you !They give you a report to let you know what you need! Bravo to them…. One Gentlemen working there could you use a class in customer appreciation or at the least customer engagement and satisfaction. But overall, definitely a positive experience.

  Clive, the manager is a great guy. Super helpful, kind and patient with the customers. Always a pleasant experience when I come here
